Revised Entry Requirements – RACP Public Health Medicine

New entry requirements for the RACP Public Health Medicine Training Program come into effect January 1, 2027

The Royal Australasia College for Physicians, Faculty of Public Health Medicine has revised their entry requirements and curriculum. From 2027, first year trainees will be enrolled in the new curriculum.

Revised entry requirements

Trainees entering a Public Health Medicine training position from 1 January 2027 onwards must have:

  • at least 3 years full-time equivalent postgraduate clinical experience,

Reducing Vaping Harms in Young People Hackathon 2025
Equity Bursary Reflections

In November, 2025 at the University of Technology, School of Public Health of Public Health 85 students from 17 universities worked in diverse teams, guided by 20+ mentors and judges including Indigenous leaders, academics, and community organisations. Together, they went from problem to prototype using design thinking and systems approaches.

Nine students were awarded equity bursaries to attend participate in this innovative events.
